Did you know you can keep avocados all year round without spending exorbitant prices during the off season. It’s winter now, we’re stock piling for taco nights ahead.
1. Cut and peel avocado
2. In a bowl or food processor mash or puree the avocado (I recommend roughly mashing with a fork if you like a bit texture) .
3. Add half a tablespoon of lemon per avocado into the mix making sure it’s all blended well.
