Do you really eat a different breakfast every day?
I am desperately trying to have breakfast these days because I know it’s good for you. I haven’t had regular breakfast since I moved out of home about 10 years ago. I figure that something for breakfast is better than nothing.
80% of the time yes or a variation. I love breakfast so much I have dreams of me eating breakfast in the morning :p

Hey Steph, I usually blend it with oat milk,chia seeds and half a frozen banana.. Hope that helps
